If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective

We’ll make it right.
Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
If approved, we’ll send a replacement at no cost.

Refunds
Refunds are only issued if:
- The item cannot be replaced
- There is a confirmed issue with your order
No refunds on:

- Washed items
